All services are tailored to each client and may require a signed agreement or onboarding form.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your custom proposal or service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in paused services.
  • Monthly retainers and one-time fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Failed or reversed payments may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and access to necessary accounts
  • Approve content in a timely manner
  • Not engage in illegal, spammy, or misleading practices
    Failure to comply may result in termination of service without refund.

4. A2P & SMS Compliance

We use GoHighLevel to send appointment reminders, campaign updates, and promotional offers via SMS and email.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We operate on a service-based model. Most fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

All materials we create (ads, website copy, designs, funnels, etc.) are owned by us until full payment is received. After payment, you hold full usage rights for your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for results, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as top search rankings or conversions). We are not liable for losses related to business performance, traffic fluctuations, or ad policy changes.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new Terms.
